One-handed Spey rods are hard to get right. In the case of the Echo OHS, Rajeff Sports has succeeded in creating a rod that is versatile, efficient, and caster-friendly. The OHS is optimized for Spey casting but can also be cast overhead or as a one-handed rod with a regular fighting butt. The design of the OHS makes double hauling possible in single-hand scenarios and casting Skagit lines efficient when Spey casting makes more sense.
